Since 1993, GTM has been training others to "...train themselves to be Godly" (1 Tim 4:7) and "...gently restoring others" (Gal 6:1). Nick has personally ministered to dozens of hurting men and couples. He is the author of the Walk Applied Series, a Biblical model for Counseling, Discipleship, Restoration, Mentoring, Teaching, and many other Ministry applications. Nick anticipates publishing "The Walk Applied" in 2018.

Nick has been the director of GTM since 1993. He is an ordained minister and received his M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University in 2011. He also serves as a Pastoral Counselor, and operates free of charge to whomever God brings to him to minister to.

He has been blessed to have been married to an amazing woman of God and his far superior half, Kathy, since 1985, and they have 2 amazing adult daughters and an awesome son-in-law.
